In inquiry we learned about the four different winds. There is Te ope ruaraki and that is spring and the nor eastly. There is Te Mauru-e-taki-nei and they are summer and are the nor west.Whakarua is the autumn and it is the prolonged sunshine. The last one is Punui-o-toka and that is winter and it the southerly wind.
I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My teacher is Miss McLeod. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
